The LAC BLANC  building is located at the heart of the ski resort near the church and just a stone’s throw away from the slopes.

Adjacent to the shopping mall of Peclet, it is close to all shops (bakery, a  super market, a skiing equipment rental shop, a newsagent, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy…)

There is also a cinema at the bottom of the building

The ski lifts, located on Place Peclet, are less than 150 metres away. A market takes place here on Tuesdays and Thursdays

The entrance to the slopes is just 50 meters away.

Oriented South West, in the 6th floor of the residence, spacious studio of 27 m ² completely redone. He can welcome until 5/6 people with a corner mountain understanding bunk beds, alcove with a bed 2 people and in the main room a sofa bed.

The kitchen area is equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge, an oven, a hob, a Senseo coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle and some household products.

The bathroom has a shower and TOILETS are independent.

The balcony offering an exceptional view on mountains. You can admire the peak of Caron and the sunset on the top of the Mass.

The residence has a room with a secure ski locker on the ground floor.
